Moses floated and was rescued by the riverside. The exiles of Israel lay down and wept for Zion by the riverside.  The righteous man is like a tree planted by the riverside.  John the Baptist came to the riverside and baptized for the repentance of sins.  Jesus came to the riverside and was baptized by John. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.  And by the riverside grows the tree of life and its leaves are for the healing of the nations.
